These are a series of Google Sketch-up models I created for a project in my Principles of Town Design class. Some of the buildings are based on real buildings in South Portland, others are more generic. These files are a work in progress; I didn’t pay close attention to the small details as I was under pressure to meet a deadline. I’ve been working on these models when I can find the time, but it’s usually hard to find the time.

I used these buildings to improve the design of a neighborhood in Scarborough. Here is the existing layout of the neighborhood next to my proposed redevelopment plan.
